These marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Leanear Enterprises LLC. Any other trademarks, logos, or brand names referenced on the Platform belong to their respective owners.

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use, Leanear Enterprises LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended personal and professional networking purposes. This license does not include:

4. User Content License

By posting content (text, images, videos, location data) to Däätum, you retain your ownership of that content. You grant Leanear Enterprises LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, display, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical purposes), and distribute your content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Platform.

This license terminates when you delete your content or your account, subject to any backups and legal retention obligations.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license — that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

6. Counter-Notice

If you believe that content you posted was removed in error due to a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. A valid counter-notice must include: your name and contact information; identification of the removed content and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location.

7. Open Source

Portions of the Platform may incorporate open source software. Such components are used in compliance with their respective licenses. Where required by those licenses, credits and license notices are maintained in the Platform's source documentation.
